Diesel prices ... yes diesel
« on: June 27, 2022, 03:02:22 AM »

I filled up with diesel going for $6.83/gal....13.849gal= $89.58. Good thing is I'm getting around 24mpg, that and I haven't bought diesel since late Feb. Been using my motorcycle and now filling it was what I used to pay to fill the Rover..... :stars

 I seem to recall that California pump prices tend to be higher than many US states, but by my reckoning, that would cost $128.76 at my local filling station here or $9.29 / US Gallon.

Still compared to times past, very expensive compared to when I last filled up in LA!

Topped up my Tank £45 @ £1.929 per liter works out it's doing 32+ ish per imperial gallon. One good thing for having a Perkins (2.5 non turbo) in the 109

Diesel is $5.32 a gallon here where I'm at.  Regular gas has come down a bit to $4.42 a gallon.  We are expecting it to go up due to the holiday though, like usual.

Can you send me some..

Today;
2,20 euro a litre…  (1,89 pound a litre)
8,77 US dollar / US gallon.

And in my series I have 125 litre total, that is not funny if it is time to re-fill.

I drove past the garage in Doune today, 6 miles outside Stirling and 10p a litre more expensive than Sainsburys supermarket fuel in town. Diesel was £2.0399 a litre. That place has always been a rip off though.
