LR Parts?
« on: September 28, 2020, 12:46:25 PM »

Hi folks,

Is any one also having problems with LR Parts with regard to communication and late orders?

Order placed on the 15th, I’ve heard nothing since and order status is ‘Processing”.

Their website says that the usual phone number is unavailable and all communication will be done through their email ([email protected]). I’ve sent three emails with zero replies.

Thanks,

Scott.

Covid-19 issues ???

Yeah, just had a reply from them. They are waiting for bits to arrive, bits they said were in stock?! Just a bit better communication would go a long way.

Had no experience with LR Parts.    But I have dealt with many companies who will happily sell you parts they don't have, just to get the order. Then you experience a long delay in delivery.   To be fair to LR dealers, Ebay sellers do it all of the time, order from Ebay it arrives from Amazon.
