Interior Rear View Mirror.

I'm looking to replace my interior mirror, and would be grateful for any recommendations.

I see that the interior mirror is different in a 109 from the one in an 88" - or at least has a different part number?

What is the correct fixing?  Mine is held only a motley set of mismatched scores and washers.....
