Looks stainless steel.
Not a cheap thing to recreate and you'd need a good pipe bender too. Looks pretty good though and certainly unusual on a soft top vehicle. Wonder where the rear supports are fixed onto.

Looking closely, it looks as though there are supports that appear to rest on the rear hood stick, on top of the canvas.......

Looks good for a roof rack, I wouldn't put much trust in it for a roll cage with those front mounts.

I don't think that antenna works with much range there, there is little ground plane.

I would put it on
 this structure, which is on the windshield, in the center, fixed on the structure.
Ensuring a good ground connection.

More to the cent, the better.

Disregard the lack of a good ground plane on his/her CB aerial, the Bridgestone sticker isn’t on straight!! 😱
