Undercover Covers
« on: May 19, 2021, 08:58:58 PM »

The Undercover Covers web site appears to be broken. Trying to access their products page, indeed any page, and all I get is blank pages. The site seems to be one of the least user-friendly & unimaginative I've seen.

In stark contrast the Exmoor Trim site has everything ready to go. Although I`m not at all happy they want £690 :agh for a Wolf synthetic/plastic hood.

Has anyone else found this problem?

Thanks maindy, wwspares don't appear to cater for Defenders. A Defender XD (Wolf) is a very specific motor requiring a very different kind of hood. I do appreciate your suggestion :tiphat.

Yes - I found the site in the same condition. I can access photos on the site however, but just blank pages on the products etc......

When I ordered my new tilt from them last year I did find it was better to phone them.

Agreed email/phone is what I used when I bought mine from UCC a couple of years back. I can only assume busy, busy, busy kills all desire for a 21st century website. Fair play if you can get away with it....

Their much better on the phone now, tried a few years ago to order a roof, it was a joke. Phone just rang, Emails ignored even tried to get hold of them thru facebook, bought a used roof in the end.

This time round the phone was answered first time and again first time the next day. Then progressed to emails within the hour, I have ordered a new canvas. Which I hope will be here very soon as I have had to use one from a 109 on my 88, it's a bit long.
