Paddocks delivery
« on: January 15, 2022, 02:18:34 PM »

I ordered some service parts from Paddocks spares befire Christmas, after 10 days I got a message to say they were out of stock of one item, I said refund me that item and deliver the rest, still not delivered or perhaps in a hedge outside a house with the same number

Perhaps a problem with Brexit/Covid/Weather/ shortage of drivers/ or perhaps they don't give a dam....  :wooly-jumper

 ???
I've had at least 6 Paddock orders in the last 3 weeks and to be fair to them and Fedex they arrived promptly and some even arrived before Paddocks supposedly shipped them!!!!
There is obviously a glitch somewhere.I would get someone on the end of a phone
Good Luck

Well... at least you're not in the US right now or you'd have another reason to worry about lost mail..maul...

Trains are being looted in the L.A. California area and supposedly it's spreading to other major hubs.

Gotta wonder about some of these people...

I was reading about the train looting yesterday - it's horrific.

For anyone who's not seen the pictures yet, here's a link (Might want to mute the video)

I am still awaiting my delivery 10 days after ordering. However, they only emailed after 7 days to say they had just ordered one part from another supplier that is on 2 day lead time. Why not do that 5 days earlier, not after 7 days?
If they had contacted me to say it was on backorder I would have removed it from the order, as it was only a clevis pin for the tailgate chain holder! yet it was delaying the rest of my large order. Looks like I won't now get my order until next Wednesday.....another 5 days.  :thud

Always been a fan of Paddocks, so won't lose the faith, but I guess they're probably struggling with covid absences and delivery issues just like everyone else

Not happy to read this.

Ten minutes ago I placed an order for SIIA diesel exhaust pipe sections with Paddock.

I need to get them fitted before next weekend.

Bulky items. Over £60 order, so free delivery.

What are the chances? :agh
