Long shot, but I have got myself into a hilarious pickle.

Just moved into a new house in Burland near Nantwich. With multiple removal vans and limited driveway space I reluctantly put the rental Luton van I was driving onto the grass. A little rain has seen it well and truly stuck.

Even more laughably ironic is that despite owning four land rovers - none of them are currently assembled or on site.

So, with a touch of embarrassment - if anyone is local and could spare 20 mins either today or tomorrow morning to give me a tow with a 4x4 (non LRs welcome) the 15 feet I need to get back onto gravel then I’d be very grateful.

Have tried every combination of bits of carpet and gravel and will keep trying in the meantime.

Can not help you with a Tow, but I have used Ratchet straps in the past to get me out of trouble.

Thanks Paul. Managed to get a tow from a neighbour - phew! Disaster averted. Better get on with reassembling one of the landys.
