Sadly yes.

They're a company that in the face of demand make their product  range smaller. I'd understand but their lead times are still abysmal which makes me wonder if the company suffers from poor management.

Other parts I need for the seats are buffers and straps.  My parts book says 2 buffers per seat but no mention on the middle seat? Can someone advice what extra parts I need to fit the seats.

I used rubber door stops for the buffers and made the straps from an old leather belt

When I e-mailed them about the Dormobile covers. I got this answer:

"I’m afraid we have not supplied these seats in many years.

I would suggest sourcing these seats on any aftermarket sites."

So looks like they have not done them for a while.

Mike - those seat buffers are still readily available under p/n 304125. My 1965 SW had seat buffers on all front seats.

Thanks Mark,
Just to clarify, befor I order,
2 buffers to each back, 6 in total.
3 straps for the backs and 3 straps for the front.
Front Seats for non sliding brackets need the pin fitment.

Thanks

On the buffers and straps, that sounds about right. By pin fitment, I take it you mean how the seat backs locate into the bottom bracket? If so - again that's how mine are fitted. They are retained by a small washer (probably 1/4") and a small split pin.

Mine locate like that but I believe the later ones have a bolt that screws into the seat back.

Hi Mike.

Have you got the same set-up as me??

If so you will need the following;

1 - 6 x rubber buffers for the rear support (I got mine from B&Q)
2 - 2 x leather straps for the middle seat only
3 - The two outer seats need to be bolted as they fit to the frame (are you fitting deluxe seats?)
4 - The centre seat needs to be pinned.
5 - A length of wood to fit under the middle seat base to hold it in place - as recommended in the Haynes re-build manual.

Here's my buffer

Thanks Rob,
I’m going to use the standard elephant hide seats. Non adjustable.
