I've managed to arrange access for series owners to a good off road site in the midlands near Shipston on Stour on the above date. Price is £30 per entry. Non-competative, just a fun camping weekend in the mud.

I could do with some idea of numbers. I've only asked for camping on the Saturday night but I'm surer the landowner would be open to those needing to camp on the Friday.

I'd like to keep this series-only as far as possible please.

Not officially, although I'm open to comms with relevant area reps of they want to get in touch. As nobody has so far said they are coming it's unlikely to go ahead anyway.

I'd keep it live for a bit longer if you can. Its not on my patch, but I would have thought a lot of people would be up for this, but perhaps its too early to make a firm decision. Seems a shame to lose a fun day out if at all possible
