I normally just click on the circular Club logo thing top right and that takes me there. Sometimes you have to log in on that page separately, for which I click 'Member Login' on the green banner and re-enter my password and either username or associated email, whichever it asks for. Hope that works  ???

I am really confused by this. I am logged in.
Clicked the membership area and it comes up saying i can view past issues of the club magazine but I can't find where they are. It's like I have a menu missing.
Thanks

This is the page I see when I press that Series 2 circular logo thing on the Forum main page. Is that what you see when you press on that link?

From there, although I am logged in on the Forum, I still have to click on 'Member login' and re-enter my details to access the main club page.

That's the first time I have clicked on that symbol.

Interesting that Solihull time is still on GMT. ;)

Yes the page I get. I then click member login then it's says ..

Enter your email address and password - then select the  button in the box below.
The box shows I am logged in
And a little bit below that is says ....
Once you are logged in, click here to re-enter the Members Only section. I clicked "here"  it says I can now access things but can't find anything.

Can you post a screengrab of the page you get to once you've logged in on the main page? It's all there for me under various drop downs on a green banner.

If you have forum or website problems - best to contact me (Wittsend) direct or by PM.

It is important to realise that the S2C run 2 online apps.

1) This Forum
2) The website

That's why you have to have 2 separate logins.
They operate totally independently of each other, but there are links between the two.

I have tested your website access account and found an issue with the password your reset.
(I don't know why)
I have reset the password to:- Series2club
(case sensitive)
And I can login and the account is working fine.

Or you using a PC/laptop or a smart phone.
There can be issues working the menus with android phones - see the advice here in the Forum problems section.

One tip is to save your forum and website access details in your contacts list on your phone.
That way you can't lose them.

For some reason it won't let me post a screen shot.

This is because your screenshot image is too big.
Try reducing the size of your image down to around 600KB (24 x 18 cm at 72 dpi)

Again - there is help in the forum help section on how to reduce image size.

Thank you for looking into this. I have had to reset the website password 2 or 3 times because it says it is incorrect, but I reset it to the same password every time then it seems to work OK untill I need to login again. I am using a android phone so that might be the problem then. I will have a read in the problems section thanks
