Leafers at T'Pit 2023

The next LATP will be held on August Bank Holiday 2023 at Apedale Valley Light Railway, Chesterton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffs. The show will be held on the Saturday and Sunday (with a limited amount of camping available from the Friday to the Monday). The usual laid back atmosphere; no booking required for day visits and exhibitors, just turn up with your leafer! All proceeds from the show go to the Apedale Valley Light Railway. In the evenings there is usually the opportunity for photographs with the engines out on the field and to have a go at driving the locos for a small donation.

Usual rules apply:

• No trailer queens - vehicles to arrive under their own power!
• Leaf-sprung vehicles only
• Fixed camping price of £20 per vehicle however many nights you stay
• BBQ on the Saturday night and beer available each evening
• Limited camping spaces and very, very limited caravan and motorhome spaces (please note the caravan and MH spaces are not on the camping field)
• Autojumblers welcome

To camp, please send an email to [email protected] requesting a camping space. You will be sent a google form, which you will need to complete and return.Once your completed form is received, you will get a reply with your camping number, which confirms that you have a camping space booked! No number, no booking, no camping!
If you can't work a google form, let us know on the email above and we will email back the list of questions you need to answer. Please remember that the organising committee are all volunteers with full time day jobs so you might not get an immediate response.
