I have added your interest (do you also want the relay and loom to fit them?) - this is on the first post in the thread. I have also updated this with everyone else who has expressed an interest. Once we have a price I will contact everyone on the list and ask for confirmation of interest at that price, and the necessary information so that the logistics can be sorted out.

There are a few things going on in the background to sort out the financial side. Once these are resolved, the next step will be to get a price. This will be posted on this thread and also PM'ed to everyone who has expressed an interest (captured in the list in the first post of the thread). Response to that PM will be confirmation of what you want and some other details will be requested at the same time so that we can work out the logistics. Watch this space

What with those making it clear they don't want a set if they cost money, don't want to pour cold water on this...

However there's practical reality. With such small numbers the geographic-spread won't be good for many. eg: A bloke in Swansea is not keen to  go to Bristol, simply because there's no nearer order?
If he drops the other South Wales order drops too. If  you see my point. 40 odd orders soon drops like a stone. Saying the unsaid, if you know the angry Taff ever calling  late-night chat-radio, you know the one?  He'll sound just like him.

I am not sure what (constructive) point you are trying to make.

I think people are well aware these will still cost money. How much of a discount we can get determines how attractive the deal is for each person. If you are planning on buying them anyway then a £20 discount may be worth having; for others, they will have a price in mind and can make a decision once we know how that compares.

Distribution is not likely to be a problem. This has been done twice before with good results for all concerned. Forum relay is not quick, but over the course of a few weeks everything gets to where it should be. Land’s End, John O’Groats and St. David’s just takes a bit longer.
