When I had various subscriptions, LRO, Astronomy, etc, I would take them to the Dr, dentist office and leave them there. I don't know how it is over there, but our office have almost all women based magazines, like Parenting, Home and Garden, Housekeeping.  Next time I'd have an appt my magazines would be gone. Always hoped some guy took them home......

There is a school of thought that magazines in waiting areas can be a source of infection (maybe a snowflake thing) ???

Same for potted plants ...

However, the tyre shop I go to has motoring magazines next to the coffee machine (with a spider plant) on top  :coffee
(for our topic starter, that's Havers down the Drayton Road.)

I certainly chucked all my ancient "Punch" mags and soft toys during the SARS (or was it swine 'flu ???)
from my surgery reception area ......they were never replaced

Edit, I love the image of the motor mags, free vend coffee and Spider plant! Exactly the set up in my go to tyre depot!

It would be great if some sort of branded club binder was available...

When I had various subscriptions, LRO, Astronomy, etc, I would take them to the Dr, dentist office and leave them there.

I remember looking in the window of a ladies hair salon (for whatever reason) in Chudleigh, Devon (years ago now) and saw, fanned out on the waiting room table, back issues of Back Street Hero’s! I was into custom bikes at the time and thought this was an excellent idea... Spread the word!
