Got mine from my post box this evening, quick peruse shows several interesting stories. Only seems a shot while ago that the Spring edition arrived - where has the year gone?

I'm impressed with the list of new members to the club in this episode.
165 people if my calculation is correct.

Craig.

The Club has been growing fairly steadily, month on month. I'm told this is not the case with a number of other Car Clubs. The first few months in the graph below reflect the change-over and transfer of data from the old system. The monthly dip is the result of people going "overdue" at the end of the month... As at lunchtime today we are at 2353 paid up members.

My direct debit to the club went out yesterday so hopefully I won't contribute to the monthly dip.  :cheers

Is great to see the numbers growing still.

The article by Ashley Whiting mentions his S2’s USL registration as originating in Edinburgh. Unlikely, I’d say, more probably a re-reg after a plate sale.

Good news on the membership numbers, Gene.

I'm sure the ability now to set up auto renewal helps reduce the attrition rate, which I recall was high under the old, manually intensive, membership system which Dave Snape ran with such dedication. Lazy members used to let their membership lapse as it was too much trouble to renew.

And all credit to you too, Gene.

At current levels of membership you are processing about 45 transactions each week.  No mean feat, even with the all singing all dancing new membership system  :tiphat
