Dating van sides?
« on: April 17, 2023, 12:23:40 PM »

Hey all,

I was told that these are early series 2 van sides - is there a way of dating them please?

Thanks,
Andy

Attachments don’t seem to want to attach! Apologies if they suddenly come through duplicated!

as far as i am aware, the only difference is that "early" ones do not have the rear windows

However, I don't know when they changed to become "non early"

They're probably too big. Try downgrading the resolution  to reduce the filesize.

I have two sets of sides. The earlier one does not have the holes for the upper seat belt mounting. Easily added.

I have a mfg date of 59, 109, it's van sides are 2 piece, a front and a back with no windows in the rear. There are side windows, they look aftermarket, like trailer windows of the time.

Chat to them nicely, and buy them a drink?
