Because ‘thingy’ isn’t good enough

I want to sell the item in the attached photo but I don’t know what it is called. Various ebay searches have drawn a blank so I must be calling it the wrong thing. Could someone advise me of a name and, if you’re interested, your also welcome to purchase it so I avoid eBay.

If I could find that intermediate shaft for LHD somewhere ... for less than its weight in gold of course.
