Another nudge ... when it was time to renew the insurance on Barbara's car, we told her insurers that had done very few miles in the preceding year.

She had not driven at all, and I had shared my mileage between her Hyundai, and my Freelander, so both cars had done fewer miles than normal. I think we both got a refund of £35, just for the asking.
