I saw a FB advert for an LRO Show at Belvoir Castle. 9-10th Sept 2023!!

How is that possible if LRO have closed??

I did wonder whether they'd go ahead. It's often because shows make money and some of the costs will have already been incurred a while back. Magazines are often owned by an entirely different entity, even if run by the same group.

I had to check where Belvoir Castle is (excuse my ignorance) as I feared it might be another Show relocated South of the M4, like Legends.

But luckily it is up-country, not too far from the now-defunct CLR Show at Skillington.


However, their address did throw me:

Grantham, Leicestershire.

Last time I was in Grantham, it was in Lincolnshire.....

I don't believe we're attending in a formal capacity, although individual members are likely to attend. I think I was one of the few who even expected it to go ahead, so it's all news to us at the point. Hopefully I've got that right, but anyone who knows better, please jump in
