What a difference, Wheel.
« on: June 13, 2022, 05:07:40 PM »

I have found in my stock of old Land Rover wheels a series one 6231601 dated 10/57 a quick look on Ebay to see if there worth anything at all has reveled a few between £80 and £100 each with tyres there more. series 2/2A wheels used to be given away.

It has a 650 x 16 good tyre on the rim that to my knowledge has always been in a garage apart from a little use. Has anyone got a realistic price for this, or do I just stick it on EBay and see where it ends up? Or even make me an offer located in West London but I am doing a few events this summer. Devon this weekend, 6d Handley, Skelington and Leafers atpit.

Hi,

I believe that INDESPENSION sell Land Rover wheels, but I don't know if they are the genuine article. Do Land Rover make their own wheels?

Rover didn't make its own wheels, 3 main companies were Rubery Owen, Dunlop & Kelsey Hayes , may have been others over the years
