Checked oils and fluids, flushed and filled coolant, swapped fuel filter and put fresh diesel in, it has been stood for two years, then with my pulse pounding and hands shaking in trepidation I put the key in the ignition and it was the wrong key! A total Homer moment  :thud so I shall try other keys in a few days then hopefully Uncle Fester will live again!
