Series IIA?

Is this a Series IIA?  Strange now to think they went out on patrol with canvas covers, more so given the debris littering the street.

looks like a 2A to me, they had a few up armoured land rovers, but its really only recently the military started to take vehicle protection more seriously, even in early afghanistan, they still had soft top vehicles going out.

linked is another set of interesting vehicles and weaponry, to make it seem even stranger :RHD

Hi ,

Is that a party game? I have read of seeing how far a "rope" of inner tubes can be stretched by a team of blokes, when tied to a Land Rover bumper.

Dare I mention the other party game .. Dwarf Throwing ...?
