Whilst I think this was posted before I do still wonder why the council mark the position for the number plate to be located ???

Hi,

That square thingy on the front of the wing, is to mark where to point your jigsaw.

The resulting hole is very useful, for access, when removing the nuts and bolts that hold the radiator panel assembly in place. Of course, you will want to remove the radiator grill too, for the other spanner (I think).
