Anyone able to tell me how long it usually takes to get a response from the club shop when wanting to place an order ?

Naturally I understand people can be busy or on holiday etc

Usually same or next day Geoff. If you've not had a response in a few days then might be worth sending again - club emails can occasionally be a little bit hit and miss.

Andrew usually posts up on the forum if he is away for any period of time, but it could also be that he is just a tad busy at the moment.

Ok thanks for that Tom, will give it another week or so in case he is busy.

My order isn't big or important and I'm not in a rush
