Chassis sections- Suppliers/Manufacturers?
« on: October 17, 2019, 12:11:48 PM »

Hi all.

Over in workshop wisdom i'm just starting to look at repairing a chassis, but there are loads of options out there for components!

Having done some research it seems to boil down to BlueBox parts or Bearmach parts at roughly twice the cost of Bluebox.

Has anyone used either/both and is there any major difference in quality between the two?

IF anyone has suggestions outside of these manufacturers i'd be interested to hear those too!

Thanks!

Do chassis suppliers like Richards sell components?

I've often wondered as my 109" has replacement bulkhead outriggers but they are 88" ones so not deep enough to reach the bottom of the chassis rail. They work fine but annoy me every time I'm under there.

Craig.

Marsland Chassis are back on the scene - https://kd-lr.com/ - not sure if they are any good. Someone on the forum must have had experience of them.
