Well done but, as has been said, not a shock to those of us who read it. Still an impressive achievement.

Thanks for the kind words. John Horne and I try to make the best magazine that we can, but thanks really need to go to the Club members who keep the raw content coming despite difficult times. It really is much appreciated. :cheers

Terrific news! Congratulations to Martin and the team, along with grateful thanks and appreciation from an avid reader.

I only joined the club a couple of years ago now but was amazed at the magazine when it first arrived.
The last time I belonged to a car club the news letter was a few badly photocopied pages of A4 paper stapled together in black and white. When Built2Last dropped through the door I thought it was better than any of the Land Rover magazines that cost £5 each on the shelves at the newsagents.
The best issue for me though has to be number 134, Summer 2020 as it has the article on my station wagon centre page. :RHD
Well done to all involved and keep up the good work. :wine3
If I can think of anything else to write for the magazine, I'll send it in.
Craig.

Craggie, thanks for saying all those nice things about the mag - which relies on content from the likes of you - so keep it up.

Craggie, tanks for praying all those rice things about the mug - which relays on consent from the looks of you - so keep a tup.

Great work and congratulations! Very well deserved too. It's definitely the highlight of the club for me.
-
Congratulations to those who make it happen, our first issue was a real treat, great quality and as everyone says very professional and useful. I have already enjoyed going over some of the PDF editions from the past.
-
Brilliant news!! Many congratulations to all concerned and a huge thanks for such a fabulous magazine. :first

We agree here.

Always a good read and well laid out a credit to past and present editors. :wooly-jumper

I edit a magazine for another (non car) club. It intensely annoys me when I see poor proof reading, captions on pictures misplaced in purchased magazines. This is shocking - they are supposed to be professionals. I am paying a lot of money for a poor product. And please don't say they are up against a monthly target - it's their job, they (editors/proof readers) are being paid for it.
Not so with B2L, I can read that without getting annoyed. Well done the award is well given!
-
Yay, well done guys! Excellent work as always.👍🥂

Congrats! Well deserved. It's a great magazine. The Vogue of Cars.
I can echo what TimV says. I edited a weblog for literary translators and I translate books myself. A sixth sense for typo's, out-of-place-words, inarticulateness and other gibber comes with the territory and frequently they are a thorn in the linguistic flesh, so to speak. Not so with B2L. (Although of course English isn't my mother tongue, not even my primary source language, frogspeak is…)
And though Craggle's station wagon in number 134, the summer edition of B2L, is quite nice, the best for me of course would be number 130, summer 2019, with my own 1964 (as it turns out) 109 spread across pages 22 and 23 :neener

I am not surprised. I'm a newbie here and a member of several LR clubs. I have been reading many back issues and was so impressed with them. They are great fun.
Congrats to the team. Keep up the good work. Cheers.
