Hi, can anyone tell me if part numbers 272714 & 564816 are the same  - other than the latter being Oillite?

Update, I called Blanchards and they are of the opinion that they are indeed the same and both Oillite, not sure why the price for 564816 is 66% above 272714 but it has saved me a few quid I guess!
