I have the same visible deterrents as Neil (thanks for the discussion Neil!).

I would have fitted one of these:
(as I have on other classic vehicles), but with a pinch bolt steering wheel it would be very easily removed.

You could take the steering wheel off easily enough, but it would still have the disklock attached, not sure this would get the thief much further ??? (Unless he has a spare unencumbered steering wheel about him)
