Completely down to the individual's taste. Like what you like.

I'm not a fan, but my Dad loves them and has them installed on his 2A.

I've got them purely for protection.

I kind of view them along with those chequer plate wing tops...  :shakeinghead

Ah, St. Phillip of Sterndale's gospel. Just the funniest thing ever written via a Land rover.

Do you think the wouldn’t look good

Got these coming off soon, also got the two cages for the rear to go with… all old heavy genuine galvanised units not ya modern tin plate stuff….

Note: they mount two holes in the wing and two holes in the military bumper top.
Not sure if someone has modified them like this or they grew this way? Old and proper looking if you like that sort of thing  ???

£35 for the set + post at cost… just let me know  :tiphat

I guess you don't stand on the wings and bonnet to get stuff up and down from the garage roof space....

I walk on my wing-tops and sometimes my roof, usually to get in and around one customer's loading-bay. I manage on the painted surface. And mind, I'm not as fleet-of-foot as I was. As I blunder across, I'm yet to think, "Am I sure, am I really sure? What I want right now is umpteen jerry-cans, a Croc-Dundee hat, and two triangles right there...."

I've walked about extensively on all my LRs and used em as a "working platform" many times.. I'm a fairly skinny bloke tho if that helps...  :cheers
