Taxed it for £0. Always brings a smile to my face.

Family trip to collect the christmas tree - using the S2 (Bertie) is becoming a bit of a tradition.
SWMBO's suggestion (her usual stance is "I'm not going in that...")I've  just got to work out how to stop her using the tilt straps as jesus handles

I thought I had best wash this vehicle as my G/son wants me to take him to his school formal in it, the Land Rover is very dusty/dirty as you can see, it got that way because of the extreme weather we are having, high temps low humidity + idiots with matches and dry storms make for a lot of bush fires, smoke and ash debris has been falling over a large area including our place, anyway all washed nice n clean now, and just in time as from tomorrow we are on higher water use restrictions, cheers dennis ps that means no hand held hoses/sprinklers etc,,.

....as a contrast to the weather with Dinty, we've got floods... Roads closed, schools sent home, walls collapsed.

Aberfoyle town centre.

Collecting stuff at Killin, stopped to ogle the scrapyard behind Lix Toll garage... Not much in the way of Series vehicles but a lot of later stuff !

Went to check it would start as I’m off on a trip tomorrow and it’s not moved in 3 months.
Fired up as soon as I turned the key. Gotta love a Tdi.  :first

Cleaned up / restored rusty cat flap stay supports for the new hard top I recently bought.  One of the longer bolts is a bit twisted and will be replaced.

It’s almost snowing now in London.
It’ll be gridlock tomorrow!
