Thought I'd just say that I stopped by the Charlesworth Mouldings stand at Beaulieu yesterday and asked about the clutch cross shaft seals and if they are considering making them. The good news is that its in pipeline as a project. Given that they can be a complete pig to fit, once fitted I'm keen not to have to keep replacing them. It seems as though the quality of some of the mouldings out there from other suppliers at present is less than acceptable.

Fingers crossed, these will be available relatively soon. If they are, I'll definitely be in the market for several.

Are these the rubber grommets that fit into the bell housing? I can't get mine to fit properly...

I think you have to fit them from inside the bellhousing. It's almost, if  not impossible, to fit them from the outside due to the shape of the moulding.

Lots of warm water to soften them up and soap round the housing hole ???

Tried that. No luck. Haven't tried the warm water/soap trick though.
