Hard Top including CatFlap
« on: March 25, 2021, 12:03:28 PM »

Just a heads up - according to FaceBook Cross Channel Classics have a SWB Hard Top for sale for £40 - including the catflap.

It looks a bit battered, but might be a bargain for somebody. Needs to be collected ASAP.

I am a bit surpriswed at John Holmes selling a cat flap, never mind a hard top and catflap for that price.

Screenshot from page. Need to be quick....

If I had means of collecting it I would as I'm only 20 minutes away from their place.

One of those instances where lockdown gets very annoying!

And a very nice looking bulkhead too.
Hopefully my screenshots won't be removed as Jon is a business. I'm just hooping they are useful to someone here desperate for good parts but understand if the mods do remove them.

I collected a hard top by taking off the truck cab I did have, and driving down to collect the hard top - which I just screwed on!

I would have thought that Jon wouldn't baulk at coughing up £21 to become a member

To his advantage

Peter

I suspect that he would rather stick pins in his eyes than join the Series 2 CLub !!

Stuffed shirts / rivet counters / rules for the sake of it etc etc

I could of course be very wrong !!

I notice at no point did you suggest he was wrong either Alex :whistle

Also he doesn't really need to join. He's a S1 guy really and he'll easily shift his stuff without joining the S2 club.

OF course he will.
But, should he wish to shift more stuff to the Series 2 CLub, on FB, he, like other businesses will need to join

This is due to a change of rules after an unfortunate post which came close to bringing the Club into disrepute.

Some traders will think that membership is a price worth paying, others not.
