Zeus Engineering
« on: April 30, 2021, 09:31:31 AM »

I have a Brake kit on order with Zeus which I chased up last week and it was supposed to have been dispatched by now.  I have just tried chasing again and their phone line goes dead, I have sent them an email as well but just wondered if anyone had heard anything?

Finally got hold of them and they were not aware of any phone issues so must have been a blip

Glad to hear that, I have a front disk conversion order, but I am in no hurry, did you get yours before the price rise? I got mine just in time, same as the Steve parker power steering, the price has shot up, the Chinese are buying all the mettle up, it's hard to get anything now

I did call and order before the price rise but as they don’t take your money till shipping I have no idea what I will be charged

They will honour the old price if you ordered before it went up.... you see how much they are now?  :stars

Every time I chase them up they always say it’s going out next Tuesday and nothing happens. Mine is off the road as I need new brakes and told them this last week and was assured it would go out this week. I think they say anything to get you off the phone very poor customer service

If you paid by Credit card, remember your guarantee with them through the cc company only lasts so long

They don’t charge your card until they ship, which is one way you know they haven’t shipped

I was going by the phone area dialling code of 01297 which is Axminster but I see they are on an airfield so could be in the Axminster dialling code area but Honiton postal area.
