Lucas self cancelling indicator switch
« on: June 04, 2021, 08:32:02 PM »

Hi

Wondered if anyone knew where I can source the Lucas indicator switch.  Holden lists them but they seem to have been out of stock for months.

TIA

It says it is for semaphore indicators.

Will it do flashing indicators as well?

In a word yes,  the same switch was used on many British vehicles at the time and on the Morris minor it was used with semaphores , Land Rover on Series two's . At the end of the day its a three terminal  switch with off in the middle position .

Yes, as factory fitted to my 1960 Austin A40 with flashing indicators (mk2 models went to a column mounted stalk like the 1100, Mini etc)
