I have these two....

AC is a January '59 S2 2.25 Petrol. This was a two year project... Five years ago... And it is still just a rolling chassis and has gone into storage...

YUF is a March '60 S2 2.25 Petrol. Often spotted with no roof fitted and the windscreen on 'full-aircon' mode. This was my frequently used vehicle and is currently undergoing a galvanised chassis swap and should be back on the road in the next two months. Need it thoroughly tested for the trip to Ripon 2020.

I'm having trouble posting the rest of the photos I want to post. I click Post after uploading a photo and all I get is a blank screen in white.

This is Grover.  He is a '63 IIa 88 SW.  Right now he is in the final stages of an extensive refurbishment.  Hopefully he will be road worthy and undergoing his sea trials before  fall is over.

First 3 pics are "before" the last two are a bit more recent.

Mpudi: So how did the land rover get up the tree?
Steyn: Do you know she has flowers on her panties?
Mpudi: So that's how it got up the tree.

Just to re-introduce myself, under a new forum name (was patNrob), here are some of mine.

On the road & used for expeditions, camping & shows:

Carawagon body waiting to be transplanted on to a 1958 truck cab, with new chassis:

Engineless project - got a 300TDi waiting to fit, & roof to restore:

Currently restoring - nearly done, with 2.5NAD:

Dormobile, 2.25D, currently stripped and waiting to be put back together:

You might say I like my campers - these Carawagons are all different internal layouts with different bed arrangements.
I'll probably decide which 2 (or 3, or 4!) to keep once I've got them on the road   :cheers

All I need is more time - and the years are rolling on   :stars

Cheers,
Robin
