Parts identification

These bits came with some parts I bought, can anyone tell me what they fit, I assume a lightweight but not sure.

The round bits are head light rings

I did know they were headlamp rims (not a clue what the other bit is though) it was more a question as to what type of land rover they were fitted to

Not sure on the panel. I'm assuming its military, but not a familiar shape to me. Maybe post a query on the Military Lightweight Forum?

The headlamp rims fit a whole heap of military vehicles from the 1960s up to the end of Series 3 I think including Lightweights. Bedford RLs, MJs etc. had them as did a number of armoured vehicles.
