(seems odd as the entry form said the 16th/17th May)

Hi All,

The vote was in favour of the show on 23rd March and reschedule for next year, postponing rather than cancellation this allows us to postpone contracts until next year. Will all section leaders please contact your group members as soon as you can, and advise them of the fact , you do not have to wait until Monday, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your hard work and I look forward to the future when this is over. I will contact the membership and advise them all of the facts. Should you have any questions please contact me and I will try to help. Can you please put your expenses in as soon as you can then we will know exactly what the cost is.
