Are they still arguing about who was to blame for the loss of the Light Brigade? My information is that they were ordered to "Charge The Guns", so charged the only guns that could be seen from where THEY were. I believe Lord Lucan was involved.
I assume we are all familiar with the origin of the "two fingered salute". and the French being unable to return English arrows? Probably another myth ... but fun.
