Hi,

Barbara took a phone call today ...

... apparently my Freelander is ready for collection.

I'll drop in tomorrow, to get the bad news (£££), pay if they take plastic ... or pick up some cash , and and sort it out Saturday ... take a taxi to the garage, drive back.

Fingers crossed.

Hi,

My Freelander is home again, with a new clutch, and without the expensive sounding noise in the transmission.

Am I happy? I don't know yet ... I've only driven it home, less than five miles ... more of that later.

I'm now going to start a new topic, involving invalid scooters and Land Rovers.
