To send a new PM ...

(1) Login to the forum.
Select the "MY MESSAGES" tab on the menu bar.




(2) Then select the "MESSAGES" tab on the LH side.




(3) Next select "NEW MESSAGE" from the drop down list.




(4) Finally type in the forum username of the person you wish to message.
Not so easy if you don't  know. There's no way you can link a person's name to their forum name.
You could scroll through all your PMs till you find the forum member you wish to message.

You then type your message in the text box.


Then select the "SEND MESSAGE" tab in the bottom RH corner to send the message.
