A couple days ago in Sunny Derbyshire.

They were very patchy showers Ray.
My brother went to work at silly hour [3 am IIRC] at the UPS hub and there was nothing up at nearly1000' at Crich, and about an inch down at the hub

I wish I had taken that photo for a couple of reasons. I'd love to visit Brisbane, Australia for that matter. But secondly I think that is a fabulous picture. I love the contrast between the old and the new. The Landy, serene and regal against a great backdrop, whilst the modern cars are flashing by. Brilliant.
I'll get my coat

I'm with you on that Simon. It's a beautifully composed photograph. No coat needed.

Is there no requirement for front number plates in Oz? Is it a state based thing like in the US?

Front and rear plates are required. At the time of this photograph the vehicle was unregistered and using a temporary road permit so no plates front or rear.

Just a small load of premium Canadian firewood. Could have hauled more, the 3 leaf Parabolics had 2 inches to go before they hit the bump stops.
