Hi,

Typical Monty Python's Flying Circus.  :cheers .  Dare we yet mention "The Life of Brian", which was banned in some town cinemas, and possibly lead to rioting in the streets.

Our younger readers may only remember John Cleese from TV's FAWLTY TOWERS.

Was it on TV's "SQUARE WORLD" that a different group of zany comedians "scaled" the North Face of Cheam High Street, on TV, using pitons and ropes?   :stars  I believe the Authorities knew nothing about it.

PS, While my memory is in the distant past, there was a program on Radio Luxemburg, where they fitted a microphone in a grand piano, and took it down the London Underground Railway, and on and off trains. They eventually abandoned the piano on a train.

About a week later, London Transport requested on the radio (BBC, not Radio Luxenberg) for the owners of the piano, to please come and collect it.
